After the Hôtel Dieu Hospital Board refused to set up a Therapeutic Abortion Committee (TAC) on religious grounds, Planned Parenthood New Brunswick (PPNB) set up the province’s only “full service” family planning clinic, which operated “as an outpatient service of the hospital.”
