In the Canada Health Annual Report for 2021-2022, New Brunswick was again determined to be non-compliant in its abortion provision regulations. In March 2022, the province again had its Canada Health Transfer payment reduced by $64,850, based on amounts from Clinic 554 for the 2019-2020 fiscal year.
