Canadian Civil Liberties Association (CCLA) Granted Standing in Lawsuit Against the Government of New Brunswick

The New Brunswick Court of Queen’s Bench held that the Canadian Civil Liberties Association (CCLA) had standing to pursue its reproductive justice claim against the province.
